The placement process

We aim to keep your placement as smooth and stress-free as possible,
and we follow a three-step process to help you find your ideal role.


Submit your CV/Résumé and a recent photo (head and shoulders, smiling and professional) via email to tomoko.teflrecruitment@outlook.com, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.


Suitable candidates will be interviewed via video Skype. Here we’ll discuss the role in detail to ensure you are well-informed and comfortable, then discuss previous work experience, qualifications and run through some possible teaching scenarios. TTR will then liaise with the establishment in-country to secure the position if you’re successful in the first stages of interview.


On successful placement, TTR will help you liaise with in-country Directors, Managers and clerical staff to ensure all documentation is processed correctly. On landing in-country, you’ll be met by school staff who will help you settle in. TTR will be on hand for your first couple of months to ensure smooth transition into your new role.
